Marilou Ryder, Ph.D., a graduate of Adelphi and Syracuse Universities, was recently named the Johns Hopkins Outstanding Administrator of the Year as well as California Middle School Principle of the Year. She has been published in professional journals on the subject of women and leadership. She resides in Huntington Beach, California.

Judith Briles, Ph.D., a recognized authority in the field of women's issues, is CEO of The Briles Group, a research, training and consulting firm. She is the auward-winning author of over 20 books, including Woman to Woman 2000, and update of Woman to Woman, the Chicago Tribune's 1987 Business Book of the Year. a featured guest on Oprah, MSNBC and CNN, she holds a masters and doctorate degrees in business. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
