Rear gutter also shows a code, L44. A presentable VG copy, some glue stains at inner joints, and jacket has shallow chip at head. A nice reading copy of a book that is rare in first issue. This copy references the author's 1967 play, on the rear of the jacket, below the author's picture, and presumably dates from about that time.
