Stated "The Third Edition, with Large Additions". Preface to the Third Edition on the verso of the title page dated Worcester, July, 1791 making this the first edition thus. 143 numbered pages with the verso of the final leaf being the Index to the Second Part and Index to the Appendix. . Stated on the title page aftre the sub-title: "To which is now added, An APPENDIX, Containing a Number of excellent Psalm Tunes (several of which are entirely NEW) and othe Pieces of Sacred Vocal Musick, many of which were composed by eminent European Authors, and never before published.".
